Jersey Mike’s Now Open in Denham Springs | Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce
Jersey Mike’s is now open in Denham Springs and celebrated with several activities, including an official ribbon cutting on December 14 with staff, guests and Livingston Parish Chamber members and officials present. Franchise owner, Pete Amadeo was on hand to cut the ribbon with his team who were ready to serve their first customers.
Prior to the opening, customers received a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort allowing them to make a minimum $2 contribution to the Louisiana Association for Challenged Adults in exchange for a regular sub. Jersey Mike’s has more than 2,300 locations open and under development nationwide and has a long history of community involvement and support. Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised nearly $90 million for local charities.
“With the amazing growth of Livingston Parish, we chose this location because we believed it was an ideal spot to open our very first Jersey Mike’s Subs location,” Amadeo said. “We are having a grand opening fundraiser the first five days we are open, to raise funds for the Louisiana Association for Challenged Adults. This is an excellent local organization that provides challenged adults opportunities within the community. We are both honored, and proud to assist in supporting their efforts. We are thrilled to welcome our community into our store to try out our fresh and delicious sub sandwiches!” Amadeo concluded.
Jersey Mike’s is located at 27800 Juban Road in Denham Springs. The restaurant’s hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. You can contact this location directly at 225-523-7707.
