On Tuesday, April 1, former Live Oak Junior High School standout Katie Van Der Mark’s current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at First Merchants Ballpark Complex. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 3:40 p.m. at First Merchants Ballpark Complex against Northern Illinois Huskies.
