Sunday, April 13: Oak Forest Academy standout Alec Sparks’ college team loses to Lamar Cardinals

On Sunday, April 13, former Oak Forest Academy standout Alec Sparks’ current college team, the Nicholls State Colonels, lost 16-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Lamar Cardinals.

The game took place at Vincent-Beck Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. at Braddy Field against Jackson State Tigers.
