On Friday, Feb. 28, former Springfield High School standout Blake Lobell’s current college team, the Southeastern Louisiana Lions, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northwestern State Demons.

The game took place at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field. This was their first matchup against the Demons this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field against Northwestern State Demons.
